利用纳米材料TiO_2提高漆膜老化性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析了纳米材料对汽车面漆涂料性能的影响机理 ,提出了利用纳米材料TiO2 提高汽车面漆涂料耐劳化性能的设想。对于金红石型纳米TiO2 ,屏蔽紫外线的最佳粒径为 6 5~ 130mm。制订了纳米涂料的研制方案 ,关键是解决纳米材料在涂料中的分散和稳定问题。 The effects mechanisms of the nano materials on automotive topcoats properties is analyzed in this paper, a new idea to enhance the age resistance of the automotive topcoats by means of nano materials TiO 2 is offered. As to rutile nano TiO 2, the optimum particles of barrier ultraviolet is 65~130 nam. The research way of the nano paint has been worked out, its key problem is to solve the dispersibility and stability of nano materials in the paint.
