摘要
为提高聚氨酯木器漆漆膜的综合性能,将经硅烷偶联剂表面改性处理的纳米SiO2引入聚氨酯木器漆体系中,研究纳米SiO2添加量对木器漆和漆膜微观结构、性能的影响。经扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪等分析,结果表明:纳米SiO2能够与聚氨酯木器漆体系中的基团发生键合反应,提高体系的稳定性、致密性、热稳定性、耐紫外光等性能。
In order to improve comprehensive properties of polyurethane paint for wood furniture, the authors used nano-SiO2 to modify polyurethane paint, and evaluated the structure and properties of the modified polyurethane paint. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope examinations indicated that a bonding reaction occurred between nano-SiO2 and polyurethane paint, which could potentially improve its compactness, thermal stability, resistance to ultraviolet light.
