高ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸鸡蛋的开发 被引量:24

摘要 分别用含 3%豆油、3%亚麻油、3%鱼油和 3%亚麻油与鱼油对半混合油的日粮饲喂5 5周龄产蛋鸡 2 8天 ,试验结果显示 :用亚麻油或鱼油替代豆油 ,不影响蛋鸡的产蛋性能 ;鱼油组鸡蛋的ω - 3多不饱和脂肪酸含量最高 ,达 6 96 .16mg/枚 ;没有出现鱼腥味或其他怪味鸡蛋。 We use separately diets with 3% soybean oil ?3% flaxseed oil ?3% fish oil and 3% mixed oil (half Flaxseed oil to half fish oi) to feed 55 weeks old laying hen ,The results show :1.the production performances of laying are not reduced when flaxseed oil or fish oil take the place of Soybean oil .2.Theω-3 po1yunsaturated fatty acids of eggs feeding 3% fish oil are the highest,and come to 696.16 mg/egg.3.Sensory evaluations of eggs form all oils have no significant difference.
