摘要
目前 ,关于患者的知情同意权的讨论引起了众多医院管理者的关注。对知情同意权与医疗行为的矛盾冲突进行探讨 ,提出医疗行为中实现患者知情同意权的对策及伦理原则。
In present situation, hospital administrators pay more attention on the discussion of informed consent.To put an emphasis discussion on the contradiction between informed consent and doctor's medical behavior. At the same time, put forward strategies and ethical principles about realizing informed consent.
