摘要
构建和谐医患关系是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,而医患沟通不够、医患之间缺乏信任和理解等是影响医患关系的重要因素。知情同意是加强医患沟通、增强医患相互信任的重要方式。我们应从生物-心理-社会医学模式的要求出发,通过加强医务人员的医德修养,提高沟通技巧;建立和完善知情同意制度,深化知情同意的内涵;设置和完善心理咨询专科,加强人性化的知情沟通;探索新型知情同意模式;建立和完善医患沟通监督机制和投诉处理制度等,让患者作出更自主、更充分的知情选择,构建和谐的医患关系。
Constructing harmonious relationship between doctor and patient is an important content of constructing socialism harmonions society. Lacking of communication and less trust and understanding between doctor and patient are important factors that influence relationship between doctor and patient. Informed consent is an important way to strengthen communication and trust each other between doctor and patient. According to requirements of bio-psycho-social medical model, it should take some measures as following to make patients have more power to make their own decision and more fully informed choice to construct harmonious relationship between doctor and patient： （ 1 ） strengthening medical workers＇ moral education; （2） improving skills of communication; （3） establishing and perfecting informed consent system to deepen connotation of informed consent; （4） setting up and perfecting special department of psychological consultation to sire ngthen informed communication with humanism; （5） developing new informed consent model;and （6） establishing and perfecting supervision system of communication between doctor and patient and appeal system
