摘要
研究开发了由对苯二甲酸二甲酯生产过程中副产物粗苯甲酸甲酯合成苯甲酸丁酯的工艺过程。分酯过量与醇过量两种情况分别考察了反应配料比、催化剂用量、反应温度和回流比对转化率的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。实验表明 ,在钛酸酯存在下 ,当醇酯摩尔比为 1.5∶1、催化剂用量为 1%、回流比为 2∶2时 ,反应转化率达 82 .79%。
The process of the synthesis of Butyl Benzoate by transesterification of crude B-ester (namely methyl benzoate), which was obtained as a byproduct in the production of DMT (namely dimethyl terephthalate), was mainly developed and investigated. The effects of the quantity of the catalyst, the mole ratio of B-ester/n-butanol , the reaction temperature and the reflux ratio on the conversion were investigated and the optimum conditions were obtained under excess n-butanol or excess B-ester. The experimental results show that the conversion is up to 82.79% when the mole ratio of n-butanol/B-ester is l.5∶l, the consumption of catalyst titanate is l% and the reflux ratio is 2∶2.
