摘要
建立了大型石油装备选型投资的综合评价指标体系 ,该体系包括技术、经济、生产、安全环保及技术支持 5个一级指标 ,和先进性、标准化、设备投资回收期、财务净现值、设备能力利用率等 13个二级指标 .应用层次分析法确定权重集 ,运用模糊综合评价法和综合评分法实现对装备的综合评价 ,确定装备的等级 .该系统的实现可为企业投资决策提供支持 .
The evaluation index system for the integrated evaluation of large equipment of oil extraction is set up,in which 5 top\|level index and 13 second\|level index are included and the weight set is decided by using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Then the equipment is evaluated by using fuzzy integrated evaluation method and integrated grade method in order to decide the equipment status and to support the equipment investment decision for enterprises.
