摘要
将丙烯酸改性松香基环氧树脂 (ARER)与甲基六氢苯酐 (MeHHPA)进行固化反应研究。以示差扫描量热法 (DSC)对其固化过程进行跟踪分析 ,计算出固化反应的表观活化能为 98 11kJ/mol,固化反应级数为 0 89。通过对固化剂用量对化学反应程度影响的研究得知 ,当m(ARER)∶m(MeHHPA)为 10∶5 2时固化反应完全。通过红外光谱分析 ,表征了固化反应行为及完成固化行为的条件 ,同时还测定了固化体系的凝胶时间及固化产物的耐热性。比较了ARER及 6 18环氧与MeHHPA固化体系的力学性能 ,结果表明两者力学性能相似。
The reaction mechanism of acrylic rosin based epoxy resin (ARER),curing with methyl hexhydrophthanic anhydride (MeHHPA) was studied.Curing behavior of ARER/MeHHPA system was investigated by means of DSC.Apparent activation energy ( E a) and reaction order( n )of curing reaction were calculated and showed that E a was 98 11 kJ/mol and n was 0 89.The curing reaction could complete better when the weight ratio of ARER/MeHHPA was 10/5 2.Gel time of curing system and thermostability of cured product were discussed.The mechanic property of ARER resin cured with MeHHPA was compared with that of 618 # epoxy resin at the same condition and found that both of them were about the same.
