摘要 松香在一定的条件下与丙烯酸发生Diels-Alder双烯加成反应,本文对影响反应的各因素,如反应温度、催化剂的质量用量、反应时间、原料配比等进行了系统研究,在此基础上,进行了正交实验,确定松香与丙烯酸的最佳反应工艺条件,即:反应温度230℃,催化剂的质量用量为松香质量的3.0%,反应时间为3.5h,松香与丙烯酸的质量用量配比为4.5∶1。经过三次稳定性实验证明,正交实验所得反应条件为最佳合成工艺,加成物含量均在86%左右。 In a certain condition, Diels-Alder reaction takes place between rosin and acrylic acid. Factors such as reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, reaction time, material proportion, etc. that influence Diels-Alder reaction were systematically studied. On the basis of the orthogonal experiment, the optimum process conditions of rosin with acrylic acid were determined. Namely, the reaction temperature, the catalyst dosage (on rosin), the reaction time and the proportion of rosin and acrylic acid are 230 ℃, 3.0% , 3.5 hours and 4.5 : 1, separately. It was demonstrated through three stable experiments that the optimum synthetic process can be obtained under the reaction conditions by the orthogonal experiments. The output is about 86%.
