摘要
系统地研究了荆树皮栲胶对皮革中六价铬的预防作用。试验证明 :经多种不同加脂剂分别加脂后铬鞣革 ,在 pH =5 .0~ 6.0范围用适量荆树皮栲胶和铬复鞣后 ,分别经 2 4h ,85℃加热和 2 4h紫外光照射强化处理 ,经检测六价铬含量均明显降低 ,许多情况下 ,皮革中六价铬含量小于 5ppm ,符合国际标准[1] 。
In this paper, the authors studied systematically on preventive effect of mimosa tannin on hexavalent-chromium in leather.The results proved that the chromic tanned leathers,which are separately fatliquored with several kinds of fatliquors and in the range of pH-value from 5.0 to 6.0 are retanned with mimosa tannin and chromitan,are separately heated for 24 h at 85 ℃and lighted for 24 h in ultraviolet light,that ultimately the content of hexavalent-chromium in the leather has obviously decreased and is lower than 5 ppm,which is accorded with the international standard.
