摘要
首次报道了应用光学显微镜研究的新生尕里巴牛犊皮皮板的组织结构特点。结果表明 :新生尕里巴牛犊皮表皮层薄 ;乳头层与网状层分界清晰 ;乳头层的厚度部位差较小而网状层的厚度部位差较大 ;弹性纤维在乳头层和网状层底部分布较丰富 ;胶原纤维束外网状纤维网套明显 ;脂肪组织不发达 ;毛囊细小、毛孔细密、胶原纤维束较细且编织紧密 。
This article reports firstly the characteristics of histology structure of newborn Galiba calfskin by the optics microscope.The result shows that epidermis layer is thinner than that of other animal,the dividing ling is clear between papillary layer and reticular layer.The difference in thickness is small in papillary layer and is larger in reticular layer,elastic fiber is more in papillary layer and under the bottom of reticular layer,the net cover of reticular fiber is clear outside the collagen fiber,all of the skin contains less fat.Since the hair follicles are smaller,collagen fiber bundles are smaller and finer and interwoven compactly new born Galiba calf skins have a fine structure as compared with cattle hides and are useful for the finest of leathers.
