摘要
以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和氯乙酸为基本原料,以粉状氢氧化钠为催化剂,合成了醇醚羧酸盐。又通过两步反应进一步合成了新型安全型和对温度波动小的增稠剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乙酰单乙醇胺,氨值28。通过二合一香波配方的对比实验,验证了其良好的稳泡性和稳定的增稠性能。目标产品从0~40℃黏度变化为3 9倍,而配入同样量的6501的黏度变化为14.6倍。
AEC (alkylpolyethoxylcarboxylate) was prepared from AEO (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether) and sodium chloroacetate with sodium hydroxide powder as catalyst,and from AEC and monoethanolamine a new type thickening agent--alkylpolyethoxyacetylmonoethanolamide with amine value 28 was synthesized.Several 2 to 1 shampoo formulations confirmed the excellent function of stable foam and especially stable thickening ability in temperature change.When the temperature changed from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃,the viscosity of the composition with the synthesized product decreased 39 times,in comparison with 146 times of that containing lauryl diethanolamide.
