摘要
分别以月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸和十一烯酸为原料 ,与二乙醇胺反应 ,合成了 1∶ 1型烷醇酰胺。分别以椰子油、橄榄油、棕榈油和蓖麻油为原料 ,与二乙醇胺反应 ,合成了 1∶ 2型烷醇酰胺。用 AES分别与上述烷醇酰胺复配 ,研究了它们的增稠性能和泡沫性能。含有相对短链的脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸合成的烷醇酰胺的体系具有较好的泡沫性能 ,增稠性能较差。用 Na Cl对上述体系增稠时 ,含碳链相对长的饱和脂肪酸烷醇酰胺的体系具有较好的增稠性能。
Alkanolamides of 1∶1 type were synthesized from lauric acid,nutmegic acid,palmic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid and undecylenic acid.Alkanolamides of 1∶2 type were synthesized from coconut oil,olive oil,palm oil and castor oil.The thicking and foaming properties of the compatible systems which were composed of above described alkanolamides and AES were studied.The results show the foaming property of the systems which were composed of short carbon chain fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid,the fatty acid with hydroxyl group and AES,respectively,is better,but the thicking power is lower.
