摘要
本文从巴豆中提取农药活性物质 ,并进行了药效初探 ,试验表明 ,巴豆中的农药活性物质对蚜虫具有触杀效果 ,致死中量LD50 (1小时 ) =176 9PPM;LD50 (6小时 ) =5 0 2 PPM ;LD50 (2 4小时 ) =30 2 PPM 。
This paper have extracted the pesticide components form Croton tiglium, and studied its biological activity. The results indicated that, the extrxction can pois on lipaphis erysimi, the 1 hour's LD 50 was 1769PPm,the 6 hour's LD 50 was 502PPm,the 24 hour's LD 50 was 302PPm.
