巴豆种子经石油醚和无水乙醇提取得巴豆种子油 ,通过气相色谱 -质谱联用仪 (GC- MS)测定其中的化学成分 ,结果显示 ,巴豆种子油中含有 2 6个组分 ,本文确定了其中 2
Seeds of Croton tiglium were extracted by petroleum ether and ethanol. Chemical components of extraction have been determined by GC MS. The results indicated that it contains twenty six compounds,of which twenty two kinds of components were identified.
