摘要
目的 :研究端粒酶活性的原位检测在食管癌早期诊断中的意义。方法 :应用原位杂交技术检测30例食管癌组织、癌旁组织及其正常黏膜中端粒酶mRNA的表达显示端粒酶的活性。结果 :端粒酶活性在食管癌组织中阳性表达率显著性高于癌旁组织、正常黏膜。结论 :端粒酶的原位检测对食管癌的早期诊断有一定意义。
Objective To study the significance of telomerase activity in the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods Telomerase activity was detected by using hybridization in situ of telomerase mRNA in cancer tissues,adjacent cancer tissues,normal tissues from patients with esophageal cancer.Results The expression of telomerase activity in cancer tissues showed higher than those in adjacent cancer tissuesand normal tissues.Conclusions There is significance to detected telomerase activity in situ for the early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
