摘要
目的:探讨从东亚钳蝎蝎毒中分离的蝎毒多肽(STP)对血管形成的抑制作用。方法:采用鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)的新生微血管模拟肿瘤的新生血管,用玻璃纤维滤纸吸附生理盐水和0.8μg、0.5μg的STP作为移植片,分别置入各组鸡胚的CAM上,孵化48h后,观察STP对CAM新生血管形成的影响。结果:0.5μgSTP实验组微血管密度及母血管的扩张均明显低于生理盐水组(P<0.01),表明STP能明显抑制CAM的新生血管的生长。结论:提示小剂量蝎毒多肽是一种有效的天然新生血管形成阻断剂。
Objective:To observe the inhibitory effects of scorpion toxin polypeptide(STP)extracted from Buthus martensii karsch on the angiogenesis.Methods:Vascular network of chorioallan-toic membranes(CAM)of chicken embryo were utilized to simulate the angiogenesis of solid tumor.The fiberglass grafts containing normal saline,or 0.8μg、0.5μg STP were transplanted into CAMs of ev-ery group respectively.After48hours of incubation the grafted CAMs were detected.Results:The mi-crovessel densities and original blood vessel dilataltion in0.5μg group were significantly decreased com-pared with the normal saline group(P<0.01).Conclusion:low-dose STP is an available natural block-ing agent of anti-neoangiogenesis.
