摘要
研究了应力对 45钢珠光体相变动力学及相变塑性的影响。发现外加应力对珠光体转变有显著影响。当外载增加时 ,相变孕育期减小 ,相变速度增加。同时 ,在弹性范围内 ,相变塑性系数也随外加应力增加而增加。并且得到了应力作用下珠光体相变动力学和相变塑性的计算模型 ,用该模型对珠光体转变过程的数值模拟计算结果与实验测试结果吻合。
The influence of applied stress on the transformation kinetics and transformation plasticity during pearlite transformation of 45 steel has been studied. It has been found that applied stress has significant influence on pearlite transformation. As the applied stress increases, the incubation time of pearlite phase transformation decreases, but the velocity of phase transformation increases. In addition, the parameter of transformation plasticity increases with applied stress. The mathematical models of transformation kinetics and transformation plasticity versus stress have been obtained. The numberical simulated results of the pearlite phase transformation agree well with the experimental results.
