摘要
分析了卷板质量、成型应力、水压试验及包申格效应等因素对螺旋埋弧焊管机械性能的影响,提出通过调整卷板化学成分,改进轧制工艺和成型工艺,减小包申格效应的影响来提高螺旋埋弧焊管的机械性能,以满足未来输油、输气管线的要求。
All analyzed are the major elements responsible for mechanical properties of the SAW spiral weld pipe, including strip quality, formation stress, hydrostatic testing and Bauschinger effect. It is suggested that to meet more critical requirements for future gas/oil pipe lines, mechanical properties of SAW spiral weld pipes need to be improved by means of trimming chemical composition of the raw material, modifying the rolling and formation processes as well as lessening the Bauschinger effect.
