临江地区复杂地质条件下大直径人工挖孔桩施工创新技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 重庆来福士广场项目位于长江与嘉陵江交汇处,两侧临江。场区内砂卵石层厚度大、透水性强、分布不均匀,下卧障碍物多,地质条件复杂,桩基设计埋深及桩径大,人工挖孔桩开挖困难。为解决以上难题,介绍了不良地层大直径桩基成孔、超大直径人工挖孔桩扩大头施工、可调尺寸异形人工挖孔桩护壁内撑、超长超重钢筋笼制作安装与吊装等创新技术及措施。 Chongqing Raffles City project is located at the junction of Yangtze River and Jialing River. The ground of geological conditions has a large-thickness, strong-permeability and uneven-distribution sandy pebble, more underground obstacles is complex. The pile foundation with large diameter and depth is hard to dig. In order to solve the above problems, this paper introduces some innovative technologies, such as digging large diameter pile under adverse geological conditions, digging super-large diameter artificially digged-belled pile, inventing inner support with and adjustable size, binding and hoisting super-long and super-heavy steel reinforcement.
