SrBi_(4-x)La_xTi_4O_(15)陶瓷材料铁电、介电性能研究

摘要 按x=0.00,0.10,0.25,0.50,0.75和1.00,制备SrBi_4-xLa_xTi_4O_15的陶瓷样品.用X射线衍射对其微结构进行分析,并测量了铁电、介电性能.结果表明,La掺杂未改变SrBi_4Ti_4O_15的晶体结构;随掺杂量的增加,样品的矫顽场(E_c)减小,剩余极化(2P_r)先增大,后减小;在x=0.25时,2P_r达到极大值24.2μC·cm^-2,这时E_c=60.8 kV·cm^-1适量La掺杂可提高SrBi_4Ti_4O_15的铁电性能.SrBi_4-xLa_xTi_4O_15的相变温度T_c随x的增加逐渐降低,x=0.25时,T_c=451℃. Ceramic samples SrBi4-xLaxTi4O15, in which x is 0.00, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00 have been prepared. Their structures were analyzed by X - ray diffraction, and their dielectricity and ferroelectricity were measured. It is found that La doping doesn' t change the crystal structure of SrBi4Ti4O15. The coercive field (Ec) decreases monotonously and the remnant polarization (2Pr) increases at first, then decreases with La content. The 2P,reached a maximum value at 24.2μC·cm-2, when x is 0.25. and Ecis 60.8kV·cm-1. The ferroelectricity of SrBi4Ti4O15 is improved by lanthanum doping. The temperature of phase transition Tc decreased with La doping. The Tc of SrBi3.75La0.25Ti4O15 is 451℃.
