摘要
国外高校的筹资形势和我国一般高校筹资情况一样都面临着困难,我国一般高校筹措资金应成立专门机构,并由校领导挂帅,采用多种形式进行。
In light of how universities in foreign countries raise funds and making reference of the prevailing difficulties for the domestic colleges in this respect, the authors put forward some suggestion in the subject concerned.
