摘要
利用锯切试验分析及温度场测试的方法,研究了适张度、热应力和离心应力对圆锯片切削稳定性的影响。研究表明,适张度处理能抵消和消除热应力的不良作用,可以改善锯切稳定性。
The influnces of tensioned stress,thermal stress and centrifugal stress on sawing stability are discussed by means of sawing tests and temperature field measurement.It is demonstrated that the tensioned circular saw can eliminate the harmful effects of the thermal stress,which can improve the stability of sawing process.
