摘要
目的:探讨平喘方治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法:选择雄性Wister大鼠造模,随机分组,观察引喘潜伏期,监测血及BALF中Eos、ET、IL-2含量变化,并进行病理学观察。结果:平喘方具有明显的解痉平喘作用、延长哮喘模型大鼠的引喘潜伏期、降低血及BALF中的Eos、ET及血中IL-2水平。病理学观察还提示平喘方能明显抑制局部炎性细胞浸润、保护气管黏膜的完整性。结论:平喘方通过抑制模型大鼠的气道炎症、对抗炎性介质等多个途径发挥平喘作用。
Objective:To discuss the functional mechanism of Ping Chuan Fang(PCF) on asthma. Methods:The bronchial asthma rats which were caused by artificial hypersensitivity reaction were randomized into four groups. The delitescence of asthma, the levels of endothelin (ET)、Eos、interleukin-2 (IL-2) in plasma and broncho alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) as well as pathological change were observed. Result:PCF could prolong the delitescence of bronchial asthma rats, and reduce the levels of ET、Eos in plasma and BALF as well as the IL-2 in plasma. Pathological study showed that PCF could restrain the assembling of Eos and protect the integrality of bronchial mucous membrane. Conclusion: PCF may inhibite the airway inflammation.
