摘要
针对工程中两液压缸的高精度同步问题,本设计采用一种新型的功能材料,即大磁致伸缩材料,作为阀的电 机转换元件,并采用8051单片机采集与处理两液压缸的位移反馈信号,从而达到高精度同步控制.阀的特性分析结果显示其能够实现两液压缸的高精度同步控制,并具有一定的抗干扰能力.
Aimed at the problem of highprecision synchronism of two hydraulic cylinders in engineering, a new function materialgiant magnetostrictive material is adopted thereof, by which transition from electrosygnal to mechanical one is realized and a monlithic computer 8051 is also utilized for the data gathering and processing of feedback signals of two cylinders so that a highprecision synchronous control is achieved. It is shown with the analysis of valve characteristics that highprecision synchronous control of two hydraulic cylinders can be realized with certain antiinterference ability.
