摘要
以SFD2F100分流集流阀为基础,分析其结构和工作原理,建立其数学模型以及AMESim仿真模型。通过理论分析以及模型仿真研究固定阻尼孔、分流阀出油口对分流阀分流精度的影响。通过模型仿真研究工作压力以及工作所需流量对分流阀精度产生的影响,为分流阀的设计以及选用提供依据。
Based on SFD2F100 diversion valve,the Structure and Working Principle is analyzed,the math model and AMESim model is built.The effect of the fixed orifice,diversion valve out port is studied through theoretical analysis and simulation model.The effect of work force and flow to the flow accuracy is studied through the simulation model.The research provides the basis to the diversion valve's selection and design.
