摘要
转基因玉米是目前植物基因工程的研究热点之一,已有转基因抗虫玉米、抗除草剂玉米进入商品化生产。本文就转基因玉米的受体系统、转化方法、实际应用及其安全性问题进行了综述。
Recently, transgenic maize has been become one of the debating hot spots in the field of plant genetic engineering .Transgenic maize with insect resistance and herbicide resistance have been put into commercial production .In this paper, we will discuss some problems which relate to transgenic maize receiptor system, transforming method, practical application and biosafety.
