摘要
目的 计算放射性球囊治疗冠状动脉再狭窄时导管内核素对正常血管的剂量分布。方法 用Loevinger公式计算球囊、导管周围组织的剂量分布。结果 导管周围组织与球囊周围组织的剂量之比在整个经向距离范围内接近于 1/ 10。正常治疗时 ,导管周围血液受到的平均剂量达到 5 3 6Gy ,血管壁受到的平均剂量达到 1 62Gy。结论 用放射性球囊治疗冠状动脉再狭窄时 。
Objective To estimate dose distribution in normal vessels delivered by radioactive solution in the catheter for intracoronary intra-balloon brachytherapy.Methods The dose distribution of normal tissue around balloon and catheter were estimated by the dose kernel function of Loevinger.Results The ratio of tissue around catheter to balloon was about 1/10.The average dose of blood around catheter and around vascular wall is 5.36 Gy,1.62 Gy respectively.Conclusion The long-term and short-term effects would be considered when restenosis of intracoronary is treated with the method of radioactive balloon.
