摘要
2 0世纪 90年代后期 ,我国农业发展进入新阶段 ,其基本标志是农产品供给出现地区性、结构性相对过剩 ,需求因素上升为农业发展的主要矛盾 ,在此背景下 ,农产品市场低迷 ,农业比较利益下滑 ,农民收入增长缓慢等问题日益突出 ,中国农业面临着战略性结构调整的紧迫任务。本文着重从理论上分析了我国农业结构战略性调整的客观必然性 ,调整的内容、重点。
The agriculture developed into a new stage in the late 1990s with characters such as supply and demand surplus in areas and structures, the rise on demand. So the profit from the agriculture products is low and earnings for peasants are low. The structural adjustment is key task now. The necessity of the strategic adjustment of agriculture is analysed theoretically in this article and the aspects, the key point, measures and policy are put forward.
