摘要
通过研究发现广西农村产业发展“内卷化”主要表现为农村传统产业发展质量不高、内生动力不足、产业链延伸不长等方面,广西农村产业发展“内卷化”的原因包括无法融入价值链分工体系、路径被锁定,脱贫攻坚时期未能推动农村产业发展去“内卷化”,农村市场容量小发育不健全、资本下乡难,农户生产比较分散、组织化程度不高,农村产业的有效外延不足、内部竞争大,并提出了转变发展模式、促进农村产业高质量发展,拓展农村产业功能、激活农村产业发展内生动力,明确产业分工、多路径培育龙头企业等促进广西农村产业高质量发展的对策建议。
Study found that the manifestations of“involution”in the development of Guangxi’s rural industry are the poor quality development of rural traditional industry,lack of endogenous power,and short extension of industrial chain.The reasons includes inability to integrate into value chain division system,locked pathway,failure to promote“de-involution”during the period of poverty alleviation,small and undeveloped rural market capacity,difficulty to send capital to countryside,and scattered and unorganized production,insufficient effective extension of rural industries,and great internal competition.Puts forward strategies for advancing high-quality development,including transforming development mode,improving high-quality development,expanding industrial function,fueling endogenous power,clarifying job positions and supporting leading companies.
