摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料 ,以制备高粘度食用级羧甲基淀粉为目的 ,研究了氢氧化钠、一氯乙酸、乙醇、反应温度、反应时间等因素对羧甲基化反应效果的影响。在此基础上 ,用正交试验法对反应条件的优化结果是 :淀粉∶氢氧化钠∶一氯乙酸比值为 5∶4∶3,乙醇浓度为 70 % ,反应温度 4 5℃ ,反应时间 1.5h。产物的最高粘度可达 5 .2 0Pa .s。
The purpose of this study was to gain a clear idea of how to prepare highly viscous carboxy methyl starch with corn starch in alcohol medium. The effects of the concentrations of sodium hydroxide, monochloro-acetic acid and alcohol as well as the reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation were studied. The optimal conditions of the reaction determined by an orthogonal experiment were: the proportion of starch, NaOH and monochloro-acetic acid 5:4:3, alcohol concentration 70%, the reaction temperature 465℃ and the reaction time 1.5 h. The viscosity index of the finished product could get to 5.20 Pa.s.
