摘要
利用钙离子选择电极和化学分析法对淀粉氧化物的络合能力进行了测定。考察了氧化淀粉加入量、pH值及温度对钙离子络合能力的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,温度升高,氧化淀粉的络合能力增加,在35℃时达最大值;在pH值为9-10范围内,随着pH值增加。络合能力增加较小,在9.8时达最大值;随着氧化淀粉加人量的增加,氧化淀粉的络合能力增加,加人的质量分数超过0.02时,单位量的玉米淀粉氧化物的络合能力下降。淀粉氧化物对钙离子的络合量可达到92.25mg/g。离子选择性电极法与化学分析法测定的结果基本相同,是一种快速、准确而又操作简单的检测方法,可用在在线检测,能较准确、快速测定玉米淀粉氧化水解反应进行的程度。
In this paper, using the calcium ion selective electrode and chemistry analysis methods to evaluate ability of oxidized starch complexing metallic ions. The factors of amount of oxidized starch, pH value and temperature on calcium complexing capacity were studied. The results showed that with increasing of temperature, complexing capacity of oxidized starch was raised and reaching the peak value when the temperature was 35℃ ; with increasing of pH value, calcium complexing capacity was slowly raised and reac- hing the peak value in pH = 9.8 ; with the increasing of quantity of oxidized starch, the calcium complexing capacity was raised and ability to complex metallic ions in unit amount decreased when the mass of oxidized starch overweight 0.02, the calcium complexing capacity of oxidized starch may up to 92.25 mg/g. We select the ion-selected-electrode and chemistry analysis way to deal with the problem, and the conclusion has been worked out. This experiment is done to find out the most fast and nicety testing method, this method can determine the degree of oxidation rapidly and accurately when it can be operated in the real production of the detergent.
