摘要
我国电子商务的发展中 ,物流配送方面存在的主要问题是物流配送的成本高、效率低 ,标准化、信息化程度低 ,无规模优势 ,物流配送人才短缺 ,物流配送体系的发展严重滞后。为此我国应加强物流基础设施的建设 ,作好总体物流规划 ;完善物流的法律、法规和标准 ,规范行业发展秩序 ;重视物流管理的教育和研究 ,培养物流专业人才 ;建立物流配送中心的信息管理系统 ;建立大型物流中心 ,形成规模优势。
The main problems that existing in China's development of E commerce strategies include the high cost of logistics supplying, low efficiency, low level standardization of information, disadvantages in scale, lack of talents in logistics supplying and serious lack of development in logistics supplying systems. To improve this situation, China should strengthen its infrastructure of logistics supplying and overall system design, perfect its law and regulations and standards for logistics supplying; Standardize the order of trade development, base importance on education and awareness of logistics supply management; Cultivate professional talents in logistics supplying; Build information management systems for its logistics supplying centers; Build large scale logistics supplying centers, and to have the advantage of scale.
