摘要
分析了中美ＷＴＯ协议对我国物流业的冲击和影响，论述了现代物流对国民经济和电子商务发展的重要性，在此基础上，进一步提出了我国加入ＷＴＯ以后物流业应该采取的对策。
The article analyzes the impingement and influence of WTO agreements between China and USA towards China's logistics industry, discusses the importance of modem logistics to national economy and EC, and on this base puts forward the countermeasures of our government and enterprises.
