摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定尿中阿魏酸哌嗪含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅酸为填充剂,甲醇-水(46:60)为流动相,检测波长320 nm,外标法定量。结果:平均回收率为98.3％,(RSD=1.2％)。结论:该方法简便准确,适合该药物尿药浓度测定要求。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of piperazine ferulate in human urine. METHODS Column Dikma ODSC18(200 mm×4.6 nm,5 μm), mobile phase methanol-water (40:60); detection wavelength 310nm,extermal standard method were used. RESULTS The average recovery was 98.3 % (RSD =1.2%) . CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and able to satisfy the requirements for the determintion of piperazine ferulale in humen urine.
