摘要
目的 :建立青藤碱缓释片的测定方法。方法 :以反相高效液相色谱法测定青藤碱缓释片中青藤碱的含量 ,以十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为固定相 ,以甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol·L-1NaH2 PO4缓冲液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,氯霉素为内标。结果 :平均回收率99 .8% ,RSD =0 .9% ;该方法简便 ,结果准确。结论 :本方法可作为青藤碱缓释片的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a determining method of for Sinomenine actum sustained release tablet. Method: Sinomenine actum in sustained release tablet was determined by RP HPLC. The colum was packed C 18 and methanol 0.01 mol/L NaH 2PO 4(50∶50) was used as mobile phase. Result: The mean recovery was 99.80% , RSD = 0.9% . The method was convenient and accurate. Conclusion: The method was suitable for quality control of sinomenine sustained release tablet.
