摘要
研究了NaCl胁迫对耐盐性不同的水稻品种Pokkali (耐盐 )和Peta (盐敏感 )叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2 浓度、叶绿素含量、PSⅡ光化学效率 (Fv/Fm)和RuBP羧化酶活性的影响。结果表明 :随着NaCl胁迫时间和浓度的增加 ,供试品种的净光合速率、Fv/Fm和RuBP羧化酶活性下降 ,气孔导度减小 ,细胞间隙CO2 浓度先降低后升高 ,而气孔限制值则相反 ,Chl、Chla、Chlb含量和Chla/Chlb均先升高后降低。耐盐品种体内上述指标的增减幅度小于盐敏感品种 ,盐胁迫下水稻净光合速率降低的原因 ,短时间内以气孔限制因素为主 。
Effects of salt stress on net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO 2 concentration,chlorophyll content,photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm)and RuBP carboxylase activity in rice cultivars Pokkali(salt tolerant)and Peta(salt sensitive)were studied.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,Fv/Fm,RuBP carboxylase activity and stomatal conductance decreased with increasing external NaCl concentration and prolonging the treatment time.Intercellular CO 2 concentration decreased in origin and then increased,but stomatal limitation value was contrary to intercellular CO 2 concentration.The contents of Chl,Chl a,Chl b and Chl a/Chl b first increased and afterwards decreased.The degree of increase or decrease of above mentioned parameters was lower in salt tolerant cultivars than that in salt sensitive ones.The cause of reduction of net photosynthtic rate in rice under salt stress might be mainly stomatal limitation in short period treatment and nonstomatal limitation in longperiod treatment.
