摘要
首次用反相高效液相色谱法测定了菊花中的木犀草素 ,并对贵州省上市的不同菊花品种中的木犀草素进行了含量测定。色谱柱 :ODS柱 ,流动相 :甲醇、水、乙酸质量比为 :4 5∶5 5∶0 .4 ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm ,流速为 1.0mL/min ,柱温为室温。结果表明 ,木犀草素在 0 .0 2~ 0 .2 0mg/mL范围内线性关系良好 ,相关系数r =0 .9991,保留时间为 15 5 0min ,平均回收率为 99.0 3% ,精密度CV %≤0 0 5 % ,且放于冰箱 4℃下
This paper reports the method of determination luteolin in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat by HPLC.The content of luteolin is determined by HPLC on ODS column with MeOH-H 2O-acetic acid (45∶55∶0.4) as a mobile phase and detection at 254nm.The results show that the good linear relationship is obtained between 0.02-0.20mg/mL and the correlation coefficient is 0 999 1.The average recovery of the added sample is 99.03%.The retention time is 15.50min.The solution of luteolin is stable at 4℃ during a week.
