How aerobic dynamic training can improvecollege students' physique

摘要 采用试验对比法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析等方法 ,对 2 4 0名工业学院男女学生进行 1学年的锻炼前后纵向与横向的跟踪对比试验。结果表明 :采用有氧耐力运动处方锻炼的试验班学生 ,体质改善的效果好于试验前和对照班。 Adopting experimental comparison,documentation,questionnaires and statistical analysis, the author made a horizontal and vertical comparison of the 240 students taking part in physical exercises for one semester in Wuhan Polytechnical Institute. The result demonstrated that the physique of the students taking aerobic dynamic training in the experimental class was better than that of the time they didnt taking the training and than that of the contrast class. It was put forth that the improvement of the students physique was related to aerobic dynamic training.
