摘要
目的 比较检测重组人干细胞生长因子生物学活性的方法。方法 应用Mo7e细胞系MTT(四甲基偶氮唑盐 )比色、3H TdR掺入方法和CFU GM半固体检测技术 ,检测rhSCF和rhGM CSF生物学活性。结果 Mo7e细胞系MTT比色方法检测重组人SCF生物学活性与半固体集落培养技术以及3H TdR掺入具有同样的灵敏度。结论 该方法为研究SCF作用于造血干细胞的机理、信号传导以及临床前期的研究 。
ObjectiveTo compare the methods of human stem cell fac to r bio activity inspection Methods We determined the bio activity of rhSCF and rhGM CSF with MTT incorporation, 3H TdR incorporation of CFU GM foster method.Results Inspection of rhSCF and rhGM SCF bioact ivity use Mo7e cells and MTT incorporation methods has the same sensitivity as 3 H TdR incorporation or CFU GM foster method. Conclusion The methods supply means,for SCF basis research.
