摘要
采用问卷调查法对心血管内科普通病房的138名护士进行调查研究。了解心内科护士焦虑程度及相关因素,给护理管 理者提供改善护士工作氛围,缓解护士工作压力的参考依据,从而促进心内科护士的心理健康,提高护理质量和水平。
Questionnaires and interview were used in this study to investigate 138 nurses at the cardiac medicine department. The aims of the research were to study the anxious levels of the cardiac medicine department nurses and to provide the nursing administrators the reference about the nurses' working environment improvement and the working stress relief. It was suggested that promoting the nurses' psychological health should be important to improve the quality of nursing.
