摘要 高岭土经过脱水后,转变成为具有高火山灰活性的偏高岭土。本文主要介绍了利用高活性偏高岭土通过碱激活制备的土聚水泥和直接作为混凝土矿物掺合料在水泥基材料中的应用途径。土聚水泥在工艺、性能、用途等方面集有机高聚物、陶瓷、水泥等材料的特征,是同时具有独特优点的新材料。偏高岭土矿物掺合料具有提高混凝土的早期强度,改善硬化混凝土的工作性和耐久性,减少水泥石的自收缩等方面的作用。高岭土在水泥基材料中广阔的应用领域和优异的性能向人们展示了其诱人的开发前景。 Kaolin can be made into a high-activity metakaolin when it is dehydrated. The metakaolin canbe used as geopolymeric cement and concrete mineral admixture. Geopolymeric cement is a kind of alkali-activated cement with good performance. It combines some characteristics of organic polymers, ceramics andcement in aspects of producing process and application, and it has its own unique properities. The metakaolincan improve the early strength,workability and durability of concrete, and reduce autogenous shrinkage ofcement stone. Because of the wide aplication and excellent character of metakaolin it is unfurled to us its greatintriguing exploitation future.
