掺偏高岭土的高性能混凝土物理力学性能研究 被引量:33

摘要 采用美国产MTS试验机 ,分别研究了掺 0 % ,5 % ,1 0 % ,1 5 % (质量分数 )偏高岭土混凝土的轴拉应力 应变关系 .试验结果表明 ,随着偏高岭土掺量的增加 ,混凝土的轴拉强度和峰值应变相应提高、抗拉弹性模量基本不变 ,而混凝土的抗压强度显著提高、拉压比则相应下降 .此外 ,当掺量为 5 %时 ,可保持混凝土的流动性基本不变 ;掺量为 1 5 %时 ,坍落度下降 2 0 %左右 ,但可通过增加 2 0 %的高效减水剂用量来加以调整 .因此 ,将偏高岭土作为高性能混凝土掺合料使用将是十分便利的 . The relationships between tensile stress and strain of concrete with incorporated 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% metakaolin (MK) were studied. Test results show that, with the raising of MK replacement, the tensile strength and peak strain of concrete increase and the compressive strength of concrete increases significantly, but the tensile elastic modulus is nearly same and the ratio of tensile strength to compressive strength is decreased. With the raising of MK replacement, the area covered by descending curve of over peak stress is improved when 5% and 10% of cement replaced by MK. When content of MK is lower, such as 5%, the workability of concrete is all the same as that without MK. When the content of MK is 15%, the slump of concrete is decreased about 20%. But the slump could be kept the same with that without MK only by adding another 20% superplasticizer. Therefore, the MK is a very efficient enhancing addition for high performance concrete.
