摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶水平板电泳,对131只兰州大尾羊的血清淀粉酶(Amy)、酯酶(Es)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MHD)的多态性进行检测和分析。结果发现,Amy2基因座2个等位基因Amy2A和Amy2O的基因频率分别为0.166 4和0.833 6,3种基因型Amy2AA*、Amy2AO和Amy2OO的频率分别为0.007 7、0.277 6和0.694 7;Es基因座2个等位基因Es+和Es-的基因频率分别为0.409 4和0.590 6,3种基因型Es++、Es+–、Es––的频率分别为0.169 6、0.483 6和0.348 8;MDH基因座2个等位基因MDSF和MDHS的频率分别为0.264 8和0.735 2,3种基因型FF、FS和SS的频率分别为0.142 9、0.207 7和0.649 4。
The polymorphism of amylase (Amy). Arylesterase (Es), malate dehydrogenase (MDH) of 131 were detected using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in Lanzhou Fat-tailed sheep. The results indicate that there are two alleles at the loci of Amy2, Es, and MDH respectively. The frequencies of Amy2A and Amy2O are 0.166 4 and 0.833 6, Es+ and Es–are 0.409 4 and 0.509 6, MDSF and MDHS are 0.409 4 and 0.509 6. There are three genotypes at those three loci. The frequencies of genotypes of Amy2AA, Amy2AO and Amy2OO are 0.0077、0.277 6 and 0.694 7 at loci of Amy2, Es++、Es+–and Es––are 0.169 6、0.483 6 and 0.348 8 at loci of Es, FF、Fs and SS are 0.142 9、0.207 7 and 0.649 4 at loci of MDH.
