摘要 综述了 VE、VC、胡萝卜素、Se等抗氧化性微营养素对富含多不饱和脂肪酸胴体的作用效能 ,并将其研究现状和作用机理进行了阐述。 The paper reviewed the protective function of micro-nutrents on the oxidation of carcass which enriched polyunsaturated fatty acids. And the research status and action mechanism of the micro-nutrents Such as VE, VC, carotene, Se, etc. was explained.
