摘要
目的分析为门诊老年腰腿痛患者提供AIDET沟通模式联合多学科协作护理干预,对其应对方式及自理能力的影响。方法选取门诊老年腰腿痛患者186例,均于2022年8月至2024年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院门诊部接受治疗,按照护理方案的差异性将186例患者分成两组,其中接受常规护理干预的93例患者纳入到对照组,接受AIDET沟通模式联合多学科协作护理干预的93例患者纳入到研究组,对两组的应对方式、自理能力进行分析比较。结果干预后与对照组相比较,研究组的HADS-D评分、HADS-A评分、消极应对评分均更低(P<0.05),积极应对评分、ESCA量表各维度评分及总分则更高(P<0.05)。结论为门诊老年腰腿痛患者提供AIDET沟通模式联合多学科协作护理干预,不但能让患者不良情绪显著减轻,对其应对方式进行显著改善,而且能显著提高其自理能力。
Objective To analyze the impact of providing the AIDET communication model combined with multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention for elderly outpatients with low back and leg pain on their coping styles and self-care abilities.Methods A total of 186 elderly outpatients with low back pain and leg pain were selected and treated in the Department of Outpatient of the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People’s Liberation Army of China from August 2022 to December 2024.According to the differences in nursing plans,186 patients were divided into two groups,of which 93 patients who received routine nursing intervention were included in the control group.A total of 93 patients who received AIDET communication mode combined with multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention were included in the study group.The coping style and self-care ability of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the HADS-D score,HADS-A score,and negative coping score of the study group were all lower(P<0.05),while the positive coping score,the scores of each dimension of the ESCA scale,and the total score were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing the AIDET communication model combined with multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention for outpatients with elderly low back and leg pain not only significantly reduces patients’negative emotions,significantly improves their coping methods,but also significantly enhances their self-care ability.
