摘要
目的:评价健康宣教+康复护理对老年高血压(ATN)合并动脉粥样硬化(AS)疾病患者生活质量的改善效果。方法:选取50例ATN合并AS疾病患者,均为江苏省南通市附院分院老年康复医院门诊部2021年1月—2023年6月时间段内所收治,按数字表法做随机分组,分为对照组(常规护理,25例)与干预组(常规护理+健康宣教+康复护理,25例),比较两组的血压水平、生活质量评分。结果:与对照组比较,干预组护理后的血压水平更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,干预组护理后的生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:健康宣教+康复护理应用于ATN合并AS疾病护理中的效果显著,能有效地优化血压,可显著地改善患者生活,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the improvement in quality of life through health education combined with rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hypertension(HTN)and atherosclerotic(AS)disease.Methods:A total of 50 patients with HTN and AS disease,treated at the Outpatient Department of the Geriatric Rehabilitation Hospital,Branch of Nantong University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023,were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into a control group(routine nursing,25 cases)and an intervention group(routine nursing+health education+rehabilitation nursing,25cases)using a random number table method.Blood pressure levels and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the intervention group showed significantly lower blood pressure levels after nursing(P<0.05).Additionally,the intervention group achieved significantly higher quality of life scores after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education combined with rehabilitation nursing in the care of HTN and AS disease demonstrates significant effectiveness,effectively optimizing blood pressure and notably improving patients'quality of life.It is worthy of broader promotion and application.
