介绍了湿法乙炔生产过程中清净系统中和塔换碱、接碱与配碱、清净塔操作控制、次氯酸钠配制、压缩机组液位的自动化控制、优化与操作,这些优化减轻了员工操作强度,节约生产资源;总结自动控制系统的关键控制点和总结操作经验,降低安全隐患,提高系统运行的安全性。
This article introduces the automation control,optimization,and operation of purification system in the wet acetylene production process,including the exchange of alkali for the neutralization tower,alkali receiving and preparation,operation control of purification tower,sodium hypochlorite preparation,and liquid level of compressor unit.Employee operation intensity was reduced and production resources were saved.At the same time,the key control points of the automatic control system and operational experience were summarized.Safety hazards were reduced,thereby improving the operational safety of the system.
