摘要
针对湿法乙炔生产过程中电石粉类对环境、人员健康及生产成本方面的影响,本文系统分析了国内电石破碎、输送单元对粉尘的收集及输送技术,简要介绍了常用回收设备系统的关键特性,并探讨电石粉尘综合利用途径,以期为相关企业选择及优化回收工艺提供参考。
In view of the adverse effects of calcium carbide dust on environment,personnel health and production cost in wet acetylene production,the collection and transportation methods of calcium carbide dust in domestic crushing and conveying units were summarized,the main characteristics of commonly used recycling equipment systems and the comprehensive utilization methods of calcium carbide dust are briefly introduced,so as to provide reference for relevant enterprises to choose appropriate recovery process.
