摘要
目的从信息加工理论视角切入,探究塑造社区用户主动健康意识并转化持续健康行为的体验设计方法,提升社区康养产品服务系统的有效性,为社区康养场景构建提供新思路。方法首先,采用实地调查法和半结构访谈法明确社区用户康养体验问题;其次,运用德尔菲法和因子分析归纳康养信息痛点和设计机会点,再结合用户信息加工特点建立设计框架;最后,基于信息加工理论模型及设计框架展开社区用户康养场景体验设计研究。结果从跨学科视角提出涵盖社区康养产品、健康行为引导,以及服务系统的体验设计方案。结论该设计方案聚焦用户认知行为特点,不仅有助于丰富社区康养场景,而且为设计学方法推动社区康养体系构建提供参考。
From the perspective of information processing theory,the work aims to explore experience design methods for shaping community users'proactive health awareness and transforming such awareness into sustainable health beha-viors,enhancing the effectiveness of community health product service systems,and providing new ideas for constructing community health scenarios.Firstly,on-site investigation and semi-structured interview methods were used to clarify the issues related to the health and wellness experience of community users.Secondly,Delphi method and factor analysis were employed to summarize the pain points and design opportunities of health and wellness information,and then a design framework was established based on the characteristics of user information processing.Finally,based on the information processing theory model and design framework,the community user health and wellness scene experience design was carried out.A community health care experience design plan covering community health care products,health behavior guidance,and service systems was proposed from an interdisciplinary perspective.This design scheme focuses on the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of users,which not only helps to enrich the community health care scene,but also provides reference for promoting the construction of community health care system through design methods.
